The breakdown is that RH has been zoned for high population density and has become a selfsufficient hub for advanced bio-composite/resin research and development. The tall building in the middle is an eco-highrise for residents, who all work in the immediate vicinity. The building behind what used to be OSH is a research facility and IT hub. The symmetrical walkways are part of a multi-tiered park and recreation area. The greenhouse and produce area are on the corner of state and raymondale.
Nicely done Matte. The techno lighting from the 3D needs to be lit by source lighting from the ground and/or the lights from inside the structure. This can be done by flattening and using small color dodge layer dots done with an airbrush tool. different colors and sizes/angles can help to enhance the reality of a night shot... Otherwise, a great way to set off the space, and make a big statement. MG
