Glad to see you guys tossing some comments in..makes me feel the warmth and community care.
So, Nice work on a big wide shot...much to do tho. Use trees and other found and painted assets to give the painting a believable quality...also watch the use of reference as some is looking tiled roughly, and having issues lining up with perspective as well as they could. Otherwise, the colors are fresh and make sure to keep the values working well...do a monochrome overlay to control that aspect. The reference page is nicely done, and has a personal/flavorful touch that gives a style and tip to the nature of the town...on that note, the car looks good, but would de-french it a bit so that it is its own vehicle...just alter the grill and some of the graphics so that it is a bit more your own, towns own vehicle. The inclinator is nicely done...colorize it, and integrate the reference it a way that matches your other well framed page. I need you to put this all together graphically, clean up all the work, and add an interior of one of the spots int the 25 year plan. MG
Also, Don't put wind generation on a car...it doesn't work that way... energy is always accounted for. If it is generating energy, then it is based on expending it through acceleration. MG
