Your indications on the google images are really rough, and would read better with a sketch-over...for example, tint the image with white, and draw over it. I like that you showed some of the tech research, but needs to target the specifics of the buildings and the modified yards and surfaces. Look into vines and other additions to reduce the heat impact on the stucco beyond PV paints. Take more of your own shots, and introduce a plan view with tighter details and specifics focusing on a design philosophy that relates to your interest in European social spaces and sustainable cultural parameters.
